why i  love YA...


I’ll be the first to admit that I gravitate towards escaping from the hum drum dull reality of life and through YA books I can do this.  I have read many YA novels, I am moved by the Dystopian types the most but I like a good Science-Fiction type setting as well.
I hope I don’t sound too cheesy but I am well into my 30’s and reading YA fiction makes me feel young again. Whether it is the thrill of narrowly escaping death or the excitement of a first kiss YA has me hooked.  I love feeling young, in danger, and in love. With a good YA novel I can go there and be that.
